What does it cost to host?
You don’t pay anything up front. Once we confirm 10 participants (minimum), we move forward with planning. Investment ranges from $111–$333 per person, depending on the scope and location. If the company is covering the experience, we’ll invoice directly. If individuals are paying for their seats, we’ll handle registration.
How far in advance should we plan?
Ideally 4-6 weeks ahead. This allows us to secure a beautiful space, align with your team’s schedule, and design an experience that fits your specific goals.
Do I need a venue?
Nope. We’ve got you covered. We’ll coordinate a venue that matches your team’s size and energy—whether that’s a private dining room, creative loft space, or something more unique. It could be your very own conference room.
Can this be done virtually?
No. This experience is intentionally in-person. There’s no substitute for what happens when people sit around the same table, share a meal, and engage in meaningful dialogue face-to-face.
