📍 Location Flexibility
Events can be hosted in private homes, Airbnbs, private dining rooms, or unique community spaces.
👥 Group Size
Minimum 10 confirmed guests for out-of-state events. Washington State events have flexible minimums.
🍽️ Catering Coordination
We work with local chefs or caterers to create an exceptional dining experience that matches your vision and budget.
📅 Timing
Events typically run 3-4 hours and we’re flexible based on your needs.

Questions? We've Got Answers
What does it cost to host? Nothing! Hosting is completely free – this is my gift to you. You simply need 10 confirmed paid guests 30 days before the event (unless other arrangements are made), and you get to experience the magic for free.
How far in advance should I plan? We recommend 6-8 weeks to secure the best dates and coordinate all the details.
What if I don’t have a venue? The venue is currently to be determined (TBD). Its final selection will depend on the number of guests, the city where the event will be held, and whether the host prefers to have the event at their home.
Can this work virtually? No – this experience is specifically designed for in-person human connection. The magic happens when people gather around the same table, share the same meal, and connect face-to-face.
What’s included in hosting? Professional facilitation, conversation framework, guest communication, and coordination support. Catering and venue will be decided after our first meeting.
